Job Summary

The Senior Electrical Estimator will be responsible for leading project estimating programs and scheduling, preparing scope letters, and providing technical support and assistance to various disciplines. You will also be responsible for reviewing general and special conditions, subcontractor quotes, and technical specifications to ensure accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project estimating programs and scheduling
  • Prepare scope letters and send them to customers and prospective bidders
  • Provide technical support and assistance to various disciplines
  • Review general and special conditions, subcontractor quotes, and technical specifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, construction management, or related field required or equivalent work experience
  • Eight (8) years of experience in estimating and conceptual estimating
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all responsibilities of an estimator
  • Demonstrated ability to do both conceptual estimating as well as take-off estimates
  • Working knowledge of Accubid, preferred

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $84,240 - $130,680, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
