Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Project Manager to lead our fast-paced Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical construction, project management, budgeting, and construction management. This role offers diverse projects, ranging from small-scale residential to large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create effective project plans.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
  • Proficient knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD.
  • Advanced project management and team leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
