We are seeking a skilled Transmission Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team at Portland General Electric. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of large-scale transmission infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Liaise with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  3. Manage project risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
  4. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on transmission infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management software tools.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
Salary Range:

$92,550 - $225,680 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
