GPAC is seeking a skilled Periodontist to join our dynamic dental team. As a Periodontist, you will have the opportunity to work in a clean, efficient, and professional environment, with a focus on patient care and treatment planning.
Responsibilities:
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
Recommend personalized treatment plans that may include a combination of treatments such as scaling and root planning, gum recession therapy, bone/tissue regeneration, and osseous surgery.
Specialize in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, and in the placement of dental implants.
Perform dental implant treatments, including preparing the bone and gum tissue for implants and treating failing implants.
Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations.
Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree and specialized training in periodontics.
Possess a valid state dental license and maintain good standing with the dental board.
Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to bring on recent/soon-to-be Periodontists coming out of their residencies.
