Periodontal Care Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Periodontist to join our team at GPAC, a reputable healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the gums and other supporting structures of the teeth.
- Perform dental surgeries, including dental implant placement and periodontal regenerative procedures.
- Administer anesthetics and prescribe medications to alleviate pain and prevent infection.
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of patients' treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to determine the extent of periodontal disease or conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
- Perform surgical procedures with precision and expertise, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and treatment success.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
- A state license to practice dental medicine.
- Strong knowledge of periodontal disease and treatment methodologies.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
