About the Role:

UT Health San Antonio's Division of Geriatrics, Gerontology and Palliative Medicine invites applications for a faculty position in Palliative Care. The successful candidate will join a team of 11 faculty members and contribute to the division's academic and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide palliative consults in partnership with the University Health System and the San Antonio VA Hospital.
  • Develop and implement clinical excellence initiatives in palliative care.
  • Contribute to research opportunities through partnerships with the Sam and Ann Barshop Institute for Longevity and Aging Studies and the San Antonio VA Hospital GRECC.

Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board eligible in Palliative Medicine.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve academic and clinical excellence.
