Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Linen Rental Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and generating new business relationships.
Responsibilities- Answer customer calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Process orders and communicate customer concerns
- Enter data into our system for email, phone, and online orders
- Perform various duties within the warehouse as needed, including quality assurance checks and assisting customers with pickups and returns
- At least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior telephone and conversation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Motivated learner and self-starter
- Ability to manage stressful situations gracefully
- Ability to ask clear and leading questions to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns
