Customer Service Representative

At Choice Party Linens, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

? Answer customer calls in a friendly and efficient manner
? Process orders accurately and communicate customer concerns
? Perform data entry of email, phone, and online orders
? Efficiently perform all job duties in a fast-paced environment
? Make calls from customer lists to generate new business relationships
? Occasionally attend industry networking events and trade shows

Requirements:

? At least 18 years old
? Excellent customer service skills
? Superior telephone and conversation skills, along with computer and internet knowledge
? Motivated learner and self-starter
? Ability to manage stressful situations gracefully
? Ability to ask clear and leading questions to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? Flexible availability Mon -- Sat (Ability to work extended shifts during peak seasons)
? Previous experience in retail customer service is preferred, but not required
