Job Title: Floor Manager - Sales Leader

As a key member of the AllSaints team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Floor Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to the success of our brand.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  • Support the store management team in managing the store's day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the management team to drive sales and meet KPIs
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  • Supporting the store management team in managing the store's day-to-day operations
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Working closely with the management team to drive sales and meet KPIs
  • Providing coaching and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
