We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and maintenance of product and backroom efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure tasks are actioned on time, inventory levels are maintained, and stock intake is processed and organized.
  • Replenish stock regularly and process digital stock orders according to SLAs.
  • Take utmost care of product with careful handling, ensuring tags and sensors are placed on the product and organizing with care.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure efficiency and alignment between the front and back of house.
  • Ensure the back of house is kept up to standards, organized, and clean.
  • Process all deliveries in and out of the store, controlling transfers and recalls of items.
  • Partner with the Management team on visual floor sets, ensuring product is replenished, and taking the lead on ensuring densities on our floor levels are accurate.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a back of house environment preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift necessary inventory that requires to be moved.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working to deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and organize quickly and efficiently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a work schedule of evenings, weekends, or late nights.
  • Positive and hard-working attitude.
