Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our sales team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and customer satisfaction across a large and diverse market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Manage complex sales cycles using a consultative approach, identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to close business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales Architects, to deliver presentations and demos that showcase our solutions.
- Communicate new product developments and features to prospective and existing clients, highlighting the value proposition.
- Attend remote and on-site meetings with clients, building strong relationships and trust.
- Convert opportunities prospected by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) into closed deals.
- Implement and execute effective sales campaigns to maximize penetration of key accounts within your territory.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our Partner Ecosystem to build pipeline and close opportunities.
- Work closely with Microsoft Sales and Customer Success teams to drive success in the Microsoft 365 customer base.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, successfully closing new business and driving sales growth.
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions in the enterprise space, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Process-oriented with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, identifying customer needs, and applying solution-selling strategies.
- Strong administrative skills, including planning, time management, and meeting internal deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools for professional communication and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
