Project Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at PeopleShare. As a Project Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project management team by coordinating and managing sales quotes, orders, and project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage sales quotes and orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Track and manage project-related tasks, including deliveries, punch lists, and invoices.
  • Communicate project status with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal team members.
  • Process vendor acknowledgements and invoice discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer-focused support for call-in inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of education in business and/or office procedures.
  • Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in logistics or purchasing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
