Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers to coordinate measurements, installations, service calls, and deliveries.
  • Work closely with Job Managers and Assembly Managers to receive scheduling constraints and optimize project timelines.
  • Utilize geographical path scheduling techniques to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
  • Proactively communicate with customers about delays or issues, providing timely updates and solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a great project experience and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Assist with other daily Production Department tasks, contributing to the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and identifying urgent issues, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to make and receive frequent phone calls, with a strong desire to be successful within a team-oriented environment.
  • Geographical awareness and ability to plan efficient routes.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask, juggling priorities and maintaining awareness of multiple jobs/projects.
