Senior Account Manager

A Place for Mom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our national and regional customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and move-in success for our customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level, Divisional, and Regional executives at our customers' organizations.
- Deliver regular data packages to our customers to help them understand market trends and drive their business performance.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-facing programs and initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and move-in goals are met through regular business reviews and face-to-face visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong self-starter with a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $75,000-$80,000.
- Uncapped on-target earnings: $120,000+.
- Benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
