About the Role

A Place for Mom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our national and regional customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and move-in success for our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level, Divisional, and Regional executives at our customers' organizations.
  • Deliver regular data packages to our customers to help them understand market trends and drive their business performance.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-facing programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and move-in goals are met through regular business reviews and face-to-face visits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong self-starter with a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $75,000-$80,000.
  • Uncapped on-target earnings: $120,000+.
  • Benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
