The Opportunity:

Your expertise in security administration can play a vital role in this mission.

As a Security Administrator, you will be responsible for managing operations within a secured environment, which includes overseeing classified document control, managing publication distribution, and ensuring proper classification management and processing. You will collaborate with Government Task Managers and the Contractor's Program Manager to ensure compliance and security standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classification assessments of incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Support the upkeep of a document accountability database and related correspondence.
  • Oversee the destruction of classified materials.
  • Manage magnetic media accountability processes.
  • Provide reproduction support for classified documents.
  • Maintain daily logs for various administrative tasks related to document control.
  • Assist in processing inbound data and managing outbound data transfer files.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database of points of contact.
  • Facilitate the research, processing, filing, and maintenance of visit notices.
  • Escort visitors within the facility and maintain associated logs.
  • Assist in preparing facility access control badges.
  • Conduct inspections at entry and exit points.
  • Support the maintenance of facility access control systems, including visitor management.
  • Manage personnel security files for all staff within the supported element.
  • Adhere to and enforce Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Contribute to security awareness and educational initiatives.
  • Perform various administrative support tasks as directed by the site lead or Senior Security Representative.
  • Prepare and manage inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts.

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
