The Opportunity:

The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) is at the forefront of developing advanced operational concepts and strategies. As the landscape of technology evolves, so does the need for robust security measures. This is where your expertise in security administration can make a significant impact.

As a Security Administrator with JCTM, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of a secure facility. Your role will encompass managing classified document control, overseeing publication distribution, and ensuring proper classification management. You will collaborate closely with Government Task Managers and the Contractor's Program Manager to uphold security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough classification reviews of incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive document accountability database.
  • Oversee the destruction of classified materials in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage magnetic media processing for accountability purposes.
  • Provide reproduction support for classified documents.
  • Maintain daily logs related to various administrative functions of document control.
  • Facilitate the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
  • Keep an extensive database of customer points of contact.
  • Assist in the research, processing, and filing of visit notices.
  • Escort visitors within the facility and maintain associated logs.
  • Support the preparation of facility access control badges.
  • Conduct inspections at entry and exit points.
  • Assist in managing facility access control systems, including visitor management.
  • Maintain personnel security files for all staff members.
  • Adhere to and enforce Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support security awareness and education initiatives.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by site leadership.
  • Prepare and process classified mail, faxes, and courier packages.

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma is required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.

Clearance Requirement:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is a prerequisite.
