Job Summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a highly skilled Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions, such as personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, and physical security to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Administer and maintain physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property.
  • Develop and conduct security briefings and security education programs.
  • Provide oversight for programs for the protection of classified information as well as proprietary information.
  • Prepare, send, and receive visitor certifications. Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage the continuing eligibility program for employees.
  • Periodically inspect the facility to ensure physical security measures.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI
  • Associates Degree
  • 4-7 years of applicable experience
  • DSCA FSO training preferred
