Job Overview:


The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for assessing and verifying the condition of accommodations to guarantee that all designated areas are pristine and meet established standards on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:


A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry or a related field. Coursework in a relevant discipline is advantageous.

Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Core Duties:
Approach all interactions with guests and team members in a courteous and service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards as dictated by scheduling, which may vary based on hotel needs.

Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag while on duty.

Adhere to all company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Ensure that work orders are completed for all necessary repairs, equipment relocations, and space reallocations.

Follow up on the completion of tasks within the units.

Regularly check inventory levels and replace supplies as needed, promptly reporting any shortages to management.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment to confirm proper functionality and ensure nothing is missing.

Facilitate communication with each owner as required.

Plan work schedules to guarantee adequate service levels and appropriate staffing based on business demands.

Assist with daily administrative tasks as necessary.

Maintain a professional demeanor and environment at all times.

Support Room Attendants as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by management, which may be related or unrelated to the primary role.
