Instructor - Automotive Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructor to join our team at NCM Associates. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and training to professionals in the retail automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Teach NCM Institute curriculum to professionals in the retail automotive industry.
- Develop and maintain course content to ensure revenue stability and growth.
- Conduct research and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Create custom learning content as needed.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support the development of educational content.
- Travel up to 30% to deliver training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of retail automotive experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of fixed and/or variable automotive dealership operations.
- Excellent working knowledge of general business and financial principles.
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills.
- High energy level.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize changing workloads.
