Job Summary

As a Genetic Analysis Instrument Sales Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial organization and driving sales growth for our high-value genomic data solutions. Our team is dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer, and we are seeking a skilled sales professional to join us in this mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned territory sales plans, with a focus on capital equipment sales and large reagent deals.
• Develop and execute successful account and territory plans, leveraging strong technical acuity in qPCR, dPCR, and Capillary Electrophoresis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including academic, industrial, and federal government accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in Life Science, with capital equipment experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of qPCR, dPCR, Sanger sequencing, and/or microarray.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary range of $85,000.00-$117,000.00, based on location and experience.
• Eligibility for a variable annual bonus, based on company, team, and individual performance results.
