Job Summary:

The Global Workforce Management Practice Director will be responsible for directing and controlling activities of multiple functional areas through several department managers or large teams, or managing significant functional discipline at a Business or regional level.

This role will involve strategic growth of a business, developing and establishing operational policies and practices in the area managed, and being accountable for and contributing significantly to profitability and/or cost containment.

The Global Workforce Management Practice Director will regularly interface with senior leadership, key internal/external organizations, and customers, and will be responsible for areas with complex or conflicting legal requirements or cultures.

Responsibilities:
  • Directs and controls activities of multiple functional areas through several department managers or large teams, or manages significant functional discipline at a Business or regional level.
  • Involved in strategic growth of a business.
  • Develops and establishes operational policies and practices in the area managed.
  • Accountable for and contributes significantly to profitability and/or cost containment.
  • Regularly interfaces with senior leadership, key internal/external organizations, and customers.
  • Responsible for areas with complex or conflicting legal requirements or cultures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years experience in project/program management or large-scale data enterprise solutions (Ideally WFM/enterprise practice lead experience)

Leadership of implementation team

Strong Communications (Stakeholders/Executives)

Customer Facing

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Product migration experience
  • Consulting experience
