Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, monitoring, and maintaining network infrastructure and network security systems that are global in scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the Availability, Capacity, and Performance of the Network is truly front and center in all you do.
Proactively operate, monitor, and maintain the network infrastructure, delivering network as a service to each business unit across TMHCC.
Ensure that the network infrastructure is fully documented and performing as required for internal and customer SLA guarantees and expectations by means of specific metrics and measurements.
Conduct regular operational readiness checks, which should be evidenced.
Ensure Vulnerabilities are effectively managed and addressed in a timely manner.
Adhere with installation and configuration documents and other reference guides as needed.
Actively participate on the network engineering design and governance forum.
Identify and correct all examples of network configuration non-compliance to standards.
Work closely with other Network Engineers to plan and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Incident Management technical resolution within SLA for all network incidents including troubleshooting of complex outages and required corrective actions.
Change Management ensure all network changes are undertaken in line with the internal change management processes, following change management processes.

Requirements:
At least 5 years experience of internetworking within a global enterprise organization (3000+ users)
Corporate acumen
Cisco Routing & Switching (IOS, ASR, ISR, NXOS)
Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
Cisco Meraki Wireless
SD-WAN
Routing Protocols (BGP and OSPF)
Firewall policy operations & management
SolarWinds, or other monitoring tools
Cisco CCNA or CCNP Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI, APIC)
NetScaler Load balancing
AlgoSec Firewall Analyze
Azure Cloud Networking
Automation experience null
