We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Server Administrator to join our team at HexaQuEST Global, Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Windows-based infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Windows Server configurations for optimal performance and reliability
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure security and compliance
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate and troubleshoot Windows-based technologies
Possess a foundational knowledge of .NET frameworks to effectively communicate with development teams
Support .NET applications and troubleshoot compatibility issues
Work closely with the DevOps team to streamline deployment processes and enhance overall system automation
Implement and enforce security best practices for both Windows and IIS environments
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Windows Server Administrator with strong Windows administration skills
Basic understanding of .NET frameworks; coding skills are not required but familiarity is beneficial
Knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and collaboration with DevOps teams
Previous experience at HexaQuEST Global, Inc. is highly preferred
