Server - PT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Server to join our team at Redhawk. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests, adhering to venue standards.
• Take and fill food and drink orders, maintaining a clean and neat dining area and kitchen.
• Stay up-to-date on menu knowledge and key ingredients, particularly those containing allergens.
• Inform guests about food outlet offerings and refill beverages as needed.
• Perform pre-busing of tables, keeping them free of excess clutter and clearing empty plates.
• Work in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor guests' needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with maintenance and side work as necessary.
• Participate as a team member to produce a smooth and efficient operation.
• Receive payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of six months of food server experience preferred.
• Fine dining food servers must have previously worked in a fine dining establishment and possess knowledge of current trends in food and beverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
