Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador at Audi Field. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a safe and memorable experience at all Audi Field events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-focused service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Monitor crowd behavior and ensure the safety of all guests, reporting any incidents or concerns to the command center.
  • Verify guest tickets and credentials, ensuring that all guests have the correct access to the venue.
  • Perform pre-event and post-event checks of the venue, ensuring that it is clean and presentable.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work well with others and function in a team atmosphere.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Must be able to traverse stairs and remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Must be comfortable working in adverse weather conditions.
  • Must have reliable transportation to Audi Field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of soccer is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 80% of Audi Field events, including D.C. United, Washington Spirit, and D.C. Defenders home matches.
