Job Summary:

JobRialto is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality social work services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in receiving services by telephone and in person, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Engage clients in beneficial activities, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients, gathering relevant information to inform treatment plans.
  • Provide information and support to clients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and services, ensuring seamless referrals and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports as required.
  • Participate in training, supervision, and meetings, staying current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Monitor clients for signs of child abuse, providing timely interventions and support.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to process their emotions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Experience working with clients affected by issues such as neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health, and parental substance abuse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give full attention to clients and understand their needs.
  • Awareness of others' reactions and the ability to understand why they react as they do.
  • Ability to judge the relative costs and benefits of potential social service and healthcare actions, choosing the most appropriate course of action.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
