  • Plan and coordinate all phases of intercollegiate event and game operations
  • Coordinate Athletics maintenance, including total maintenance, improvement, and game day preparation
  • Work closely with coaches and staff to schedule practices and communicate changes
  • Review and develop annual written plans for athletic facility maintenance and equipment needs
  • Identify and provide input on short- and long-term plans for facility improvements
  • Prepare annual reports as needed
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations, building codes, and safety requirements
  • Meet with vendors and serve as department liaison with Physical Plant and outside contractors
  • Supervise Equipment and Game Operations Coordinator
  • Responsible for daily security and access to facilities
  • Maintain inventory database of capital equipment
  • Identify and document a preventative maintenance program
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 2 years of experience in athletics event and facility operations
  • General knowledge of League and NCAA policies and regulations as they pertain to athletics operations, event management, and activities
