Desktop Support Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Desktop Support specialist in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a key member of our Virtual Service Operations team, you will be responsible for providing workstation software break-fix support, IMAC, image loads, asset recovery, and other client support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide workstation software break-fix support
  • Perform IMAC, PC install, moves, adds, and changes
  • Load images and manage assets
  • Support printers and client center (tech bar) operations
  • Update IT service management and perform other client support duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in desktop support is desired, but training will be provided for all entry-level new hires
  • Knowledge of PC imaging and experience with change management and incident management
  • Experience with using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
  • Must be within driving distance of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and willing to work onsite
  • Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
