Job Summary
We are seeking a talented student to join our Corporate HR department as an HR Business Partner Intern. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing processes, assisting with pre-boarding activities, vendor management, administrative tasks, and contributing to special projects as needed in support of the Human Resources function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including ordering background checks, submitting IT tickets, greeting new hires, and new hire system setup.
- Assist with the Summer Internship Program and Rotational Program.
- Reporting, filing, answering employee questions, and assisting the team in organizational and administrative tasks.
- Assist with other special projects and requests in support of the Talent Strategy as requested.
Requirements
- Strong desire to be of service.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Energetic self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve in a logical manner.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Technical aptitude; comfortable using/learning various systems.
- Ability to flex to perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
