Job Summary

We are seeking a talented student to join our Corporate HR department as an HR Business Partner Intern. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing processes, assisting with pre-boarding activities, vendor management, administrative tasks, and contributing to special projects as needed in support of the Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including ordering background checks, submitting IT tickets, greeting new hires, and new hire system setup.
  • Assist with the Summer Internship Program and Rotational Program.
  • Reporting, filing, answering employee questions, and assisting the team in organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with other special projects and requests in support of the Talent Strategy as requested.

  • Energetic self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve in a logical manner.

Education

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
