Job DescriptionAt Hampton Inn, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests in public areas, using the 5/10 rule to ensure a personalized experience.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, attending to any complaints and taking service recovery measures if required.
Process credit card payments securely and efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation regarding registration, changes, charges, and customer service logs.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following safety and security protocols, complying with hotel policies and procedures, and reporting accidents or incidents to a supervisor.
Stay updated on events, including groups and meeting room usage, to effectively handle all foreseen situations.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and completing multiple assignments despite interruptions.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in Guest Services is preferred.
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet, are required.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Ability to stand for extended periods, push and pull up to 50 lbs, and carry up to 20 lbs.
Manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment are required.
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
