Customer Service Team Member

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
  • Prevent shrink with great service, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing losses.
  • Deliver friendly customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Support the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery.
  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, providing a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment:

Public retail store setting, taking care of our customers. All public areas are climate-controlled. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled. Some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
