Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager at AmeriHome Mortgage, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Managers, providing leadership and hands-on involvement in the ongoing management and implementation of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage products within the Correspondent Delegated, Correspondent Non-Delegated, and Retail Lending Channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Product Managers to ensure effective product development and implementation.
  • Work closely with multiple partners across the company, including Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Quality Control, and Servicing.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage lending products.
  • Manage Credit Administration procedures and ensure up-to-date and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with Communications to ensure clear, well-written Product Announcements, Program Guides, Seller Guide, and Product Resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum ten years of mortgage banking experience
  • Deep knowledge of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage lending products
  • Experience in successfully managing medium to large projects and/or project teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, & PowerPoint skills
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range for new hires is generally $169,000 - $199,305.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary range for new hires is generally $169,000 - $199,305.00 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
