Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Executive to join our team at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of our mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of mortgage products, including Agency and Non-Agency mortgage lending products.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Quality Control, and Servicing, to ensure alignment and effective product management.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of mortgage lending products, including Agency and Non-Agency products, to inform product development and management decisions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners, including Communications, to ensure clear and effective product announcements and program guides.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mortgage banking, with a focus on product management and development.
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage lending products, including Agency and Non-Agency products.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing medium to large teams.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $169,000 to $199,305, depending on location, as well as an annual bonus/incentive program.
