Head of Provider Relations at Cambia Health

Cambia Health is on the lookout for a Head of Provider Relations to enhance their team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of initiatives aimed at engaging healthcare providers, ensuring a patient-centered healthcare experience. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, finance, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare provider relations or a similar capacity.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, provider networks, and value-based care frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and leading provider engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in healthcare economics and/or risk adjustment; proven project management skills for large-scale business transformations, strategy formulation, and execution.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team dedicated to provider relations across various regions and Medicare.
  • Formulate and execute a holistic provider engagement strategy that aligns with Cambia's strategic goals.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with healthcare providers to enhance member experience and overall performance.
  • Identify collaborative opportunities and partnerships with providers.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of provider engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor provider performance metrics and benchmarks to assess performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, strategic finance, clinical, medical, and health informatics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting provider engagement and healthcare delivery.
