The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position is responsible for facilitating seamless rental transactions and ensuring a positive customer journey by verifying and documenting essential driver information.

Compensation: Starting pay for this role is $17/hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and available services.
  • Assist customers with local information, directions, and service inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations and provide assistance with rate quotes and general inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for customer management and support.
  • Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required.
