Description

UPP Global is an expanding full-service parking management organization with proficiency across various sectors of parking. We are currently seeking several Parking Service Representatives for multiple locations. As our company experiences rapid growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join the UPP Global team.

Position Highlights:

- Hiring for Full and Part-time Schedules: All shifts are available during day or evening hours.

- Competitive Pay: $16 - $17/hr.

- Compensation offers may vary based on role and starting pay rate, determined by individual skills, character, and ability to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Are you enthusiastic about driving vehicles and engaging with people? Do you possess a lively spirit and quick reflexes? If so, we are looking for Valet Parking Representatives to serve as the initial point of contact for our customers while parking their vehicles in a professional and responsible manner. Additionally, we seek dependable and professional individuals to manage our commercial properties effectively. At UPP, Valets and Parking Representatives are crucial to our success. They are the first to greet and welcome our clients and the last to interact with them upon their departure. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and greet guests with attentive service.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests in a confident and efficient manner.
  • Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly.
  • Assist guests with directions and information about local attractions.
  • Help hotel guests with luggage during their arrival and departure.
  • Provide bell service and information about hotel amenities.
  • Transport guests using the hotel shuttle service when applicable.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
  • Effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests.
  • Welcome all guests warmly.
  • Provide outstanding hospitality services in an attentive and efficient manner.
  • Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures clearly.
  • Effectively present information in various settings.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Benefits: (Note: This is a posting for full and part-time roles. Employees working under 30 hours/week may not qualify for full benefits.) Both part-time and full-time employees start accruing paid time off from their first shift.   • Must be comfortable with sitting, standing, walking, running, driving, and being active for most of the shift.
  • Must provide excellent customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is required, as driving is a significant part of the role.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and be a team player.
  • Professional appearance is required.
  • A valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience is necessary.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check.
