About Harmar Mobility: We specialize in manufacturing innovative mobility products, including wheelchair lifts for vehicles, stair lifts for residential use, and vertical platform lifts for both home and commercial applications. Our mission is to enhance accessibility and mobility for our customers, ensuring they can navigate their environments with ease.

Position Overview: We are looking for skilled callers with exceptional customer service abilities to assist Veteran Administration approved clients and other interested individuals. As a VA Caller, you will build rapport with our Veteran customers and recommend suitable vehicle lift solutions tailored to their specific mobility requirements while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information, taking messages, and routing calls as necessary (prior call center experience is essential).
  • Engage with customers over the phone to assess their home accessibility needs and suggest appropriate products and benefits.
  • Record call details in our database accurately.
  • Input warranty information into the system.
  • Send information or documents to customers via computer, mail, or fax.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and processes, including needs assessment and quality standards.
  • Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for assisting customers.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with both prospects and clients.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient typing skills and computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and software such as Word and Excel.
Compensation: $18 per hour
