Job SummaryGuardian Towing is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Operator to join our team in Seattle. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for responding to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents. Your duties will include safely loading cars onto the back of your truck, staying in contact with motorists, and performing lock outs, tire changes, and jump starts. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, provide outstanding customer service, and possess a valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents
  • Safely load cars onto the back of your truck
  • Stay in contact with motorists
  • Perform lock outs, tire changes, and jump starts
  • Communicate proficiently with dispatchers
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with the geographic areas of the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas
  • At least one year of experience driving and operating a tow truck
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Basic automotive knowledge
