Sales Account Executive Job Description

At Marketwise Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping our company reach new sales growth, focusing on both maximizing revenue from existing subscribers and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, campaigns, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to both existing and potential subscribers.
  • Prospect new customers by phone, emails, and other channels, and engage with existing subscribers to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Close deals and exceed quotas by leveraging open-ended questions to fully understand customers' pain points, goals, and challenges.
  • Enter and update customer information in the designated database, and take and process orders in an accurate and highly professional manner.
  • Maintain meticulous customer data integrity and protect the security and confidentiality of customer credit card information.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of telesales role or other sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant computer programs, including Salesforce or similar CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain composure and handle rejection from sales prospects.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Ability to meet or exceed individual assigned sales quotas.
