Housing and Support Services Lead Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Housing and Support Services Lead to join our team at Victory Human Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Transitional Assistance program, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to individuals in need.

The Housing and Support Services Lead will play a key role in supporting individuals through housing assistance, community support services, and transitional planning. They will also ensure all client assessments, plans, and records are completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership & Oversight:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the TA program, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
    • Supervise and mentor TA Coordinators and staff, providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
    • Ensure caseloads are manageable and staff assignments are appropriately balanced.
  • Client Case Management Support:
    • Support TA Coordinators in assessing client needs, coordinating housing searches, and providing community support.
    • Ensure all client assessments, plans, and records are completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with agency policies, federal/state regulations, and funding requirements.
    • Maintain and audit program files and documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a case management, housing, or human services role, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in case documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

This is a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) with occasional evening or weekend hours required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
