Job Summary

This role involves ensuring compliance with housing and urban development standards and providing high-quality services to clients. The ideal candidate should have experience with local building codes, construction methods, and housing systems.

  • Monitor and evaluate housing conditions
  • Recommend contract suspension or termination when compliance is not met
  • Educate program participants on HQS and DHCD regulations

Requirements

  • Experience with local building codes and construction methods
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy and self-motivation
  • Valid driver's license and daily access to a vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License
  • Registered Sanitarian
  • Licensed Home Inspector
