Sales Specialist

Medline is seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing sales in independent accounts, developing business plans to achieve targeted annual GM and sales growth, and providing feedback on pricing, formulary recommendations, and contract structure for skin health products.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert on our Skin Health solutions with focus on growing sales in independent accounts
- Collaborate with territory sales reps, Market Sales Directors (MSD), and Clinical Services on process improvement for targeted accounts to improve clinical outcomes and build customer loyalty
- Conduct research, collect data, and cost analysis to increase customer value proposition
- Expert on skin health program, lead skin health conversations in customer meetings
- Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for increasing profitability, increasing Medline product penetration, and offer cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Previous wound care or related sales experience a plus
Additional
- Willingness for minimum of 2 overnights per week in this multi-state territory (75%)
- Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, and/or healthcare industry preferred
- Previous experience with wound care or skin care products a plus
