  • A decade of operations management experience is essential.
  • Expertise in project management, quality assurance, and operational oversight.
  • Experience in managing commercial installations, including furniture and flooring projects.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with labor quoting and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with working alongside general contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs for staff development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of five direct reports, ensuring the smooth operation of various departments, and driving the organization towards operational excellence.
