Responsibilities:
  • Assist the head coach in developing and implementing game plans and strategies.
  • Lead practices and games, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all players.
  • Recruit and retain players, promoting a positive team culture.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan, focusing on player development and team success.
  • Collaborate with the head coach and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching team.
Requirements:
  • A valid Ohio Certificate/License/Permit in the appropriate area.
  • Proper athletic certification, which can be obtained through the Coaches ToolChest or by applying for a Pupil Activity Permit (PAP) through the Ohio Department of Education.
  • A background check, which can be scheduled through the Beavercreek City Schools board office.
