Substance Abuse Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Substance Abuse Services Manager at Freedom House Recovery Center.
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Substance Abuse Halfway Houses, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Qualifying Professional (QP) certification in Substance Abuse, a minimum of 2 years' experience working with clients who have substance abuse issues, and a Bachelor's Degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day operations and staff supervision
- Client interaction, including scheduling, transportation, and life skills training
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for clients and ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Qualifying Professional (QP) certification in Substance Abuse
- At least 2 years' experience working with clients who have substance abuse issues
- Bachelor's Degree
