Job Title

A highly skilled and compassionate individual is sought to fill the role of Residential Program Director at Freedom House Recovery Center.

This is a full-time position that will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Substance Abuse Halfway Houses, providing supervision for two facilities and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Qualifying Professional (QP) certification in the field of Substance Abuse, a minimum of 2 years' experience working with clients who have substance abuse issues, and a Bachelor's Degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations and staff supervision
  • Client interaction, including scheduling, transportation, and life skills training
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for clients and ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Qualifying Professional (QP) certification in Substance Abuse
  • At least 2 years' experience working with clients who have substance abuse issues
  • Bachelor's Degree

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will be a valuable addition to our team, bringing their expertise and passion for helping others to our mission-driven organization.
