**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager for Residential Care to join our team at Organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve program goals and objectives, including full bed utilization and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Residential House Managers to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise residential program staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including clinical documentation and CARF standards compliance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in human services field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative and supervisory experience in counseling, healthcare management, substance abuse, and mental health services.
  • Knowledge of community resources and advocacy services.
  • Ability to exercise situational leadership skills ranging from task management to strategic leadership.
  • Familiarity with NC Division of MHDDSAS service definitions, requirements, and compliance rules and regulations.

Compensation:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on experience)
