Job Title: Program Manager II

Adecco Healthcare is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager II to join our team in Portland, OR. Our client provides mental health services, addiction recovery support, primary care, wellness programs, permanent housing solutions, and affordable housing to people of all ages.

Job Summary:

The Program Manager II will be responsible for providing direct services, including social and emotional support, coupled with instrumental support to clients of the ACT Team. This includes teaching daily living skills, transporting and/or accompanying clients to appointments, and providing on-call crisis intervention and backup according to team policy.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct services to clients, including social and emotional support and instrumental support.
  • Teaches daily living skills, including grocery shopping, maintaining a clean home, using public transportation, and self-care.
  • Transports and/or accompanies clients to appointments that connect to community resources and services.
  • Provides on-call crisis intervention and backup according to team policy.
  • Completes annual employee training requirements on a timely basis as indicated in the licensing requirements for the facility and agency requirements.
  • Participates in all scheduled staff meetings, supervision sessions, and other departmental and agency meetings.
  • Adheres to mandatory abuse reporting laws and HIPAA requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science is a must. A Master's Degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency to become credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
  • Must be able to conduct a Mental Status assessment and formulate a diagnosis according to the most recent DSM.
  • The CADC II or III credential is preferred in addition to a Master's Degree given the high occurrence of substance use/abuse.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $74,082-$78,811 per year. Adecco Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
