Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at NESCO Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving disputes, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various Business Unit tracking systems to track and manage customer orders
- Issue credit/debit memos and process samples/rebates as needed
- Monitor sales orders through the order fulfillment process
- Collaborate with internal teams, including demand and supply planners, market segments, and other customer service reps, to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency as a Customer Service Representative, beyond call center and/or retail experience
- Previous knowledge of the Sales to Cash (STC)/Requisition to Pay (RTP) process is preferred
- Excellent phone communications and interpersonal skills with multiple functional groups
- Knowledge of SAP-R3 or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of SAP experience, including placing orders, creating deliverables, and invoicing
- Intermediate to high-level Microsoft Excel proficiency is required
