Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At NESCO Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our domestic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize various Business Unit tracking systems to monitor sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Issue credit/debit memos and process samples/rebates as needed.
  • Work closely with demand and supply planners, market segments, and other customer service reps to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with U.S. plant sites, warehouses, regional contacts, freight forwarders, carriers, and financial contacts to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of SAP experience, including placing orders, creating deliverables, and invoicing.
  • Intermediate to high-level Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent phone communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple functional groups.
  • Knowledge of SAP-R3 or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in Salesforce.com and SharePoint is a plus.
